01
Website use and acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The website is provided for information, communication, lead generation, and commercial evaluation of HYVE Labs services, products, and capabilities. We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time without notice.
02
No automatic client relationship
Browsing the site, sending an inquiry, or exchanging early-stage messages with HYVE Labs does not by itself create a client, agency, partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship.
Any paid engagement, managed service, software build, consulting project, automation setup, campaign operation, or support scope will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, master services agreement, or other written contract. If there is any conflict, the signed commercial agreement controls over this website page.
03
Acceptable use
You may not use the HYVE Labs website or related systems to:
- violate any law or third-party rights;
- probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the site or connected infrastructure;
- send malicious code, spam, or fraudulent submissions;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
- use HYVE Labs content, brand assets, or materials in a misleading or unauthorized way.
We may block access, refuse service, or preserve logs if we believe someone is abusing the site or related systems.
04
Intellectual property and content
Unless otherwise stated, the HYVE Labs website, branding, copy, visuals, blog content, technical materials, and related assets are owned by HYVE Labs or used under valid permission.
You may reference or share our public content in a normal business context, but you may not republish, modify, sell, or exploit it in a way that implies ownership, endorsement, or commercial reuse without permission.
Client materials, deliverables, code, reports, prompts, datasets, automations, and infrastructure outputs may be subject to separate ownership and licensing terms under the relevant client agreement.
05
Submissions, project inputs, and AI workflows
If you send HYVE Labs a brief, message, dataset, credentials, comments, content, or other input, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality, or third-party rights.
Where HYVE Labs builds or operates AI, automation, analytics, cloud, or software systems, outputs may depend on third-party tools, models, APIs, infrastructure, or source data. Unless a separate contract says otherwise, HYVE Labs does not guarantee that every output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific regulated or high-risk use without additional controls.
06
Disclaimers and limits
The website and public content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HYVE Labs makes no blanket promise that site content is complete, always current, or fit for every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYVE Labs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to the website and public materials.
HYVE Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from site use, external links, public content reliance, or unauthorised access, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
07
External links, governing law, and contact
The website may link to third-party platforms, tools, social networks, or resources. HYVE Labs is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or policies of those third-party properties.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
