After more than 15 years across growth, digital, CRM, retention, and execution roles, including work inside major regional retail environments such as Azadea Group, Apparel Group, and Landmark Group, Shaheer moved closer to the systems layer itself. HYVE Labs grew out of that shift: building AI-native systems, custom software, and delivery foundations for businesses that need execution to hold up properly.
